The Perfect World of Kai


Actually I've been reading this book since I was in the Junior High School. At first, I was not interested in this. I thought it's kind of boring.

My friend brought this comic to school and I borrow it. Now I have all series of this book.

The first time I read this Wow I feel like it's real. The story is so fantastic. Besides, I feel like I really want to play piano wholeheartedly like Kai Ichinose.

The story begin when Amamiya Shuhei moved to the place where Kai Ichinose lived. In his new school, Amamiya Shuhei get bullied. Those who bullied him ask him to play the mysterious piano in the forest. A broken piano in the forest.



When Shuhei Amamiya find the piano, he could not make any sound of the piano. Then Ichinose Kai comes. Kai magically plays the piano. It is not a broken piano, it's a real life piano which can produce nice sound.

One day, a piano contest was held. Shuhei Amamiya whose father is a pianist take part. Ichinose Kai also wants to participate. He wants to play the song puppy of waltzes, his first Chopin. However, Kai is not made it through to the next round because the judges considered his rude behavior.

Kai becomes so sad. He comes to Ajino, who used to be a talented pianist. Kai asks Ajino to tell him the technique and the procedure to play piano. Studying with Ajino makes him become so in love with piano.

A few years later, Kai wants to take part in Chopin contest. Armed with his painful past experiences, Kai joined the Polish Chopin piano contest.

The story is not over yet.


In my opinion, the character of Kai ichinose is just like mein Geigelehrer. He is so free. Free to play music with passion. I think mein Geigelehrer und Ichinose Kai is really similar.


NB: I never watch the movie. I just read the manga.

I like this manga.

Time Dilation (Dilatasi Waktu)

Time dilation is a phenomenon (or two phenomena, as mentioned below) described by the theory of relativity. It can be illustrated by supposing that two observers are in motion relative to each other, or differently situated with regard to nearby gravitational masses. They each carry a clock of identical construction and function. Then, the point of view of each observer will generally be that the other observer's clock is in error (has changed its rate).

Dilatasi waktu adalah fenomena yang dijelaskan dalam teori relativitas dimana waktu yang dirasakan oleh sesuatu yang diam akan terasa lebih lama dibandingkan dengan waktu yang ditempuh benda yang bergerak dengan syarat benda yang bergerak tersebut memiliki kecepatan mendekati kecepatan cahaya, yaitu 3x10^8 m/s.

Dengan kata lain, kalau kita ingin awet muda, maka kita cukup bergerak dengan kecepatan cahaya selama beberapa saat, lalu kembali, maka kita pun jadi lebih muda. Hmm aneh memang.. Begitulah...

Waktu yang dirasakan orang yang diam lebih lama daripada orang yang pergi.

Agak mirip seperti yang kurogane katakan dalam tsubasa reservoir chronicle bahwa menuggu itu lebih menyakitkan daripada orang yang pergi. Jadi intinya kalau kita hendak pergi jauh dan ada yang menanti kepulangan kita, sebaiknya kita cepat-cepat kembali. Orang yang diam dan menunggu pasti merasa lebih sakit, dan lebih rindu dibandingkan dengan orang yang pergi meninggalkannya.

Semua ini karena dilatasi waktu.

Tapi gue bingung, apakah itu yang kecepatannya mendekati kecepatan cahaya?

Gue sebenernya masih bingung kenapa bisa terjadi dilatasi waktu?

Lalu apakah dilatasi waktu bisa memutarbalikkan waktu?

Sepertinya tidak. Dilatasi waktu hanya bisa membuat waktu jadi lebih cepat atau lebih lama.

Time dilation.
Yang paling terkenal dari time dilation adalah paradoks kembar.
Misal upin adalah seorang astronaut dan ipin yang membuat roketnya. Maka saat upin pergi ke bulan dan kembali lagi ke bumi, upin akan melihat bahwa ipin menjadi lebih tua darinya. Hal ini terjadi karena waktu yang dilalui oleh upin dan ipin berbeda.
